All sections including crossbars are made of heavy gauge 6063-T5 extruded aluminum heat-treated for hardness and tensile strength. Sides and bottom master frame members are tubular to offer maximum strength and rigidity. Glass inserts are marine type glazed to lessen glass breakage and provide thorough sealing against water leakage. Glass panels have continuous extruded tongue and groove interlocks to prevent air infiltration. Release bolts are extended for easy access. Glass is American made for maximum strength with minimum wave distortions. Screens are completely weather/stripped to seal against all insect penetration. Colors available are factory applied by electrostatic spray PPG Polycron 111 high solid polyester paint in bronze or white finish.
